...Heaps praises on Governor Abdulrazaq for re-engineering sports in the State

The Executive Chairman of Kwara State Sports Commission (KSSC), Mallam Bolakale Adisa Mogaji, is pleased with the attention sports is receiving in the State under the stewardship of Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq.

Mallam Bolakale Adisa Mogaji, told the media in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital that His Excellency Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, has given life and re-engineered the sports sector and has opened the door for corporate bodies to key in.

“The successes achieved in the sports sector are down to Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq led administration’s constant support through adequate and timely funding of critical projects and events.”

Bolakale Adisa Mogaji, a former national number one squash player made this submission while receiving the Sports Development Stabilizer Award from the publisher of Symbol Magazine and Kwara Alert, at the George Innih Stadium Complex in Ilorin.

Mogaji stated that the Governor provided support in all ramifications to the sector, which includes infrastructure and monetary interventions.

He was equally elated with the award by Symbol Magazine and Kwara Alert and he appreciated them for finding him worthy of the award, commending his zeal in promoting giant strides of this administration.

The Publisher of Symbol Magazine and Kwara Alert, Mr Emmanuel Remilekun, noted that Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq's developmental projects in all sectors are laudable.

He explained that the award was presented to him for his fatherly figure and dedication towards advancing sports development in the State.

It's noteworthy to mention that Kwara State under the leadership of His Excellency Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, has been enjoying tremendous success in sports, the recent being the victory of Kwara United Football Club in the Federation President Cup.
