The NBA Ambassador explained that what his is doing right now is only the fringes of what he's going to do once he wins the forthcoming NBBF Presidential elections, following the expiration of the current board on January 31st.
He reserved some praises for the Screening Committee of the Games led by Sir Braveman Wodi and Mrs. Sabina Chikere, stating that the job accomplished at the Games was extraordinary and deserved some praise.
Oyedeji, the President of West Africa champions, Gidi Giants, also had some appreciative words for the hosts, the Edo State Government for their exceptional display of hospitality and kindness to visiting delegates.
The Afrobasket champion called on athletes who competed at the games to use the event as a springboard for their sporting career, adding that only by consistent efforts and determination can they become, national champions, continental champions and international champions.
He urged other states of the federation to join hands just like the Niger Delta to create their regional Games.
He further added that this will create the opportunities for future champions waiting to be unearthed, to be seen and harassed to make the state and National proud on any level they find themselves.
