Brooklyn FC announce rotating front-of-kit partners

Brooklyn FC women have confirmed the remaining partners in their rotating front-of-kit initiative for the first half of the 2025/26 Gainbridge Super League season, part of the USL structure.

After debuting the scheme with the Brooklyn Children’s Museum on August 23, the club will continue to showcase a different local business on the front of the women’s jersey at each home game. The idea is to spotlight the borough’s culture and entrepreneurial spirit while offering exposure to companies that might otherwise be priced out of a full-season sponsorship.

It’s a distinctive twist on the traditional shirt sponsor model. Rather than one long-term partner, the short-term slots give businesses a one-off chance to feature in a professional league. Some argue the scarcity may even increase the value of the exposure, though there is a question of whether the novelty will fade as the season wears on.

Next in line is the Brooklyn Bowl, which will appear on the kit when the team returns to Maimonides Park at the end of September. Six more local partners have also been lined up, ensuring a revolving cast of primary sponsors as the campaign progresses.

Confirmed partners and match dates include:
Aug. 23 – Brooklyn Children’s Museum (Crown Heights)
Sept. 28 – Brooklyn Bowl (Williamsburg)
Oct. 4 – Gage & Tollner (Downtown Brooklyn)
Oct. 11 – Fort Hamilton Distillery (Industry City)
Oct. 18 – Brooklyn Tea (Bed-Stuy)
Nov. 8 – TALEA Beer Co. (Williamsburg)
Nov. 15 – Brooklyn Made (Industry City / Downtown Brooklyn)
Nov. 22 – Shelsky’s Bagels (Park Slope)

For Brooklyn FC, the strategy doubles as a commercial experiment and a community engagement tool – one that could draw interest from other small clubs searching for alternative ways to connect with fans and sponsors.

“This program puts Brooklyn’s icons literally front and centre,” said Tom Lyons, Chief Marketing Officer, Brooklyn FC. “From beloved venues and historic restaurants to neighbourhood makers, our partners reflect the diversity and spirit of this borough. We’re thrilled to give them the platform they deserve in front of our supporters and the wider women’s soccer audience.”
