Football Exchange license Italian image rights for player trading game, agree Juve sponsorship

Serie A club Juventus have announced the start of a new partnership with gaming platform Football Exchange, which will see it join the club’s family of Official Partners.

Aiming to strengthen the link between the world of sport and digital innovation, the partnership will allow users to buy and sell their favourite players for fun on the website’s real Football Stock Exchange, putting their knowledge of the world of football to the test in a bid to cash in big.

The Football Exchange brand will be present at the Allianz Stadium with strategic visibility assets, including LED boards and giant screens.

Football Exchange’s has already obtained an official licence from the Italian Footballers’ Association (AIC) as it looks to grow its brand and digital platform across the continent.

Alexandre Zodmi, Head of Partnerships Development and Academies at Juventus said: “We are excited to be working with Football Exchange to take this innovative initiative forward. Juventus has always been at the forefront of adopting new technologies and this partnership allows us to further expand our offering to our fans through a unique experience.”

Anthony Ampellio, Founder of Football Exchange, commented: “Collaborating with a historic club like Juventus means bringing our technology and platform to a global audience. We are proud to launch an innovative game based on real-time player ratings, offering fans a unique experience that combines sport, data and entertainment like never before.”

With six points from two games, Juve have opened the 2025/26 domestic season in classic bianconeri style: without conceding a goal.

That stern defence will be tested on Saturday evening, as the 36-time Serie A champions will host title rivals Inter, before welcoming German side Borussia Dortmund to the Allianz to kick off their UEFA Champions League campaign on Tuesday night.
