Botev Plovdiv sign four deals in one day in sponsorship bonanza

Bulgaria’s Botev Plovdiv have signed four sponsorship contracts within one day. Bulgarian insurance company DallBogg becomes one of the main sponsors of the club, with the company’s logo placed on the back of the first team’s shirts.
The financial parameters and terms of the deal were not announced publicly.

A club announcement said: “ZAD DallBogg is among the most dynamically developing insurers in Bulgaria. Immediately after its establishment in 2008, DallBogg quickly managed to take 5th place among a total of 22 companies offering voluntary health insurance services on the market. As of 2020, the company is the leader in ‘Guarantees’ insurance in Bulgaria and is in the top three of the companies with the largest premium income under ‘Motorists’ Third Party Liability’ insurance. PFC Botev Plovdiv thanks the trust of ZAD ‘DallBogg’, as well as all the companies and societies that have joined in helping in the difficult moment for the club.”

At the same time, three other companies will help with the maintenance of the Botev Plovdiv Academy. These are InsaOil gas stations, Iveco Bulgaria and Galaxy Investment Group.

The club said: “The Botev Plovdiv Youth Academy will return to the top positions, where its place has always been. On the way to the goal, some of the largest companies have extended a hand to the ‘yellow-black’ academy and their logos will be on the junior teams’ kits.

“InsaOil, Iveco Bulgaria, and Galaxy Investment Group are among the companies that will support the development of one of the most important units in our club.

“PFC Botev Plovdiv thanks all the companies that believe in the project for the development of our club and its return to its identity.”

Botev Plovdiv is going through a difficult period and has serious financial difficulties. However, the oldest Bulgarian club managed to avoid bankruptcy and continued its participation in the first tier of Bulgarian football.

In recent months, the new management of the club has done everything possible to look for new partners to help financially stabilise Botev Plovdiv.
